Our mission is to deliver authentic, handmade snacks from Bihar and Jharkhand to customers across India.

2. Products & Availability

All our products are:

  • Handmade in small batches

  • Prepared using traditional recipes

  • Made with either pure ghee or refined oil as per individual product details

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, availability may change without notice due to seasonal or supply limitations.

3. Pricing & Offers

All prices on our website are listed in INR.
We reserve the right to:

  • Modify product prices without prior notice

  • Introduce or withdraw limited-time discounts (e.g., 25% off, ₹599 ❌ ₹299 ✅)

Offers are valid until stock lasts or the offer ends.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • FREE shipping is available on all orders unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 working days.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to logistics issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural disasters.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Return is not available on all items (please check product description).

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs (if any) will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Payments

We accept all major online payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store any of your card or payment details.

7. Donation Policy

We proudly donate 10% of our profits to Indian Army welfare initiatives.
This initiative supports families and retired personnel who’ve served the nation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, logos, product names, and descriptions—is the property of Bihariwale and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bihariwale is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions to any ingredient (please read product labels carefully)

  • Damages caused by misuse or mishandling of the product

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services
